About Villa

The villa is right by the sea, has a small beach in front of the house for our guests.

The villa has a new luxury ground floor apartment for 4 persons called SASHA – built in 2013-2016, a new luxury apartment on the first floor for 4 persons called ALENKA – renovated in 2013/2017 – and a completely brand new luxury penthouse apartment for 4 persons called ANYA – renovated in May 2016

Villa has the best location in this area – located right on the small beach for our guests and a 3 km long seaside promenade (the promenade is only for pedestrians – without a car) with many cafes and restaurants and tourist boat stop to Trogir and Split! It is very peaceful and quiet as well.

The final cleaning is charged 50 euros. We use organic soaps and detergents to clean the apartments.

We are always here for you for any kind of information: regarding excursions by van or boat, restaurants and table reservations, or any help in planning your trips.

In front of the villa is 3 km long seaside promenade with many cafes, restaurants and small beaches.

200 meters on the left side you can find a few restaurants in the fisherman village, or cafe, pizzeria and small restaurant 50 meters from the villa on the right side.

Further, if you walk on seaside promenade on the right side you will find many small beaches, cafes and restaurants and finally you will find big complex of hotel Medena with surfing, diving, mini golf, playgrounds, many excursions to near islands Solta, Brac, Hvar, Krka national park, Dubrovnik, etc…

Only 50 meters from the villa is small shop for basic essential open every day from 7 am until 9 pm.

The historical town museum Trogir is only 2 km away.

In front of the villa is tourist boat stop to Trogir runs every 15 minutes from 9 am until 12 pm and twice of week to Split.

Airport Split is only 7 km away. Airport Zadar is 120 km away. If you want I can organize for you taxi from the airport to the villa.

There is no noise from the airport. It is an absolutely quiet place for a nice family holiday.

There is no house on the left and or the right side of the villa.

You will be welcome in the villa by owner and housekeeper who will be there in case of any problem related to the house during your stay. We can organize for you different excursions to the near towns, National parks and islands and give you all information.

We offer you all day excursions to: Split, Sibenik, Zadar, Makarska, Dubrovnik, Mostar, National park Krka, National park Plitvice, and to near islands: Drvenik, Ciovo, Hvar, Brac etc.

Important notice!

Season 2023.

In May, June, and July 2023, only apartment ALENKA is rented and guests have the pool and the entire area around the pool to themselves.
In August, September, and October 2023, only apartments ALENKA and ANJA are rented, so the pool and the area around the pool are only for two families, i.e. there can be max 8 people
