For complete reservation you need to pay 40 percent of the total amount on my bank account

After that your reservation will be complete

Rest you will pay when you arrive to the villa or two weeks before your arriving on my bank account

100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date

Damage Security deposit is 150.00 €. If is everything OK deposit will return to you back when you departure from the villa
