- Living room – with large LCD SAT TV and DVD. Sofa in the living room can extend into a bed for two people (queen size bed)

- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4 ring ceramics stove

- We will provide you with two beach parasols, beach

For complete reservation you need to pay 40 percent of the total amount on my bank account

After that your reservation will be complete

Rest you will pay when you arrive at the villa or two weeks before your arrival on my bank account

100% refund for cancellations more than 20 days before the check-in date

The damage Security deposit is 150.00 €. If everything is OK deposit will return to you back when your departure from the villa
